Terms and Agreement/ Privacy Policy

General Collected Information

Information collected, such as emails, names and phone numbers are only used for the purpose of relying promotions, updates and communicating information based on inquires in relation to ACI Restoration Connect Inc and the Company will not sell or rent this information to anyone.  ACI Restoration Connect Inc will not solicit your name, email or other personal information regarding your personal identity to third party organizations or entities that are not directly in an affiliated contract with the Company. Persons who are directly in an affiliated contract with ACI Restoration Connect Inc are considered “authorized communicators” and will not solicit your name, email or other personal information regarding your personal identity to third party organizations or entities that are not directly in an affiliated contract with ACI Restoration Connect Inc. Authorized communicators can also be employees of ACI Restoration Connect Inc. and they are legally obligated to uphold our privacy policy. Contractors and/or subcontractors are not considered authorized communicators,  ACI Restoration Connect Inc. is not liable for their actions however as contractors they are expected to follow their personal procedure set fourth that will help customers information remain safe. ACI Restoration Connect Inc. will only rely needed information to licensed contractors in order to fulfill the requested service that has been requested by the customer.   

Opt Out Options

Some emails are generated by a system that connects suggested persons to services and products offered on our sites. Users have the right to unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” option in the fine print of advertisements that are sent out via email. Users can also send in a request to unsubscribe through our contact form or by sending an email to acircinc@gmail.com stating that they want to unsubscribe. Emails, names and phone numbers are stored until a request to unsubscribe is sent to ACI Restoration Connect Inc.

Sensitive Information

Information such as payment methods and addresses are not stored, shared or solicited to third party organizations or entities. Payment information entered by customers is not seen by ACI Restoration Connect Inc. at any time. Payments are secure and processed solely through our website providers payment system. Wherever sensitive information is collected, such as credit card data, that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page. ACI Restoration Connect Inc. will only receive vague information showing that the payment was accepted or declined.  

Data that may be obtained from our website provider such as cookies or other common collectible information will not be seen or used by ACI Restoration Connect Inc. and has no relation to our way of business.  

Proprietary Information

The material and content accessible through the Website, including trademarks, service marks, logos, and copyrighted works is our proprietary information or that of an affiliate that provided or licensed the material or content ("Proprietary Information"). Such Proprietary Information may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way without our prior written authorization. Any use of the Proprietary Information outside the provisions of these Terms or any modification thereof is a violation of our intellectual property rights. No intellectual property rights nor title is transferred to you by accessing the Website or any portion thereof.

Indemnification

Responding to false information has the potential to create non-commercial, operational or other losses for the Company and/or the Contractor(s) that responds to such service requests. Thus, without limiting, and in addition to the indemnification rights, if you intentionally or knowingly submit false information in a service request, including but not limited to, a name, phone number, email address, or physical address, you agree to fully indemnify and accept liability to ACI Restoration Connect Inc. and/or the Contractor who has accepted the service request, for all related losses. You agree that the provision of this section will survive any expiration or termination of this agreement or your access to the services.  

Miscellaneous

ACI Restoration Connect Inc is not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, terrorism, war, embargos, riots, acts of civil disobedience of military authorities, floods, accidents, fires, labor strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, or labor.

Contractors that are not direct employees of ACI Restoration Connect Inc are solely responsible for the overall service and quality of all requests. Although we do our part to vet each contractor to help ensure satisfaction, ACI Restoration Connect Inc is not responsible for the fulfillment of services requested.  

You acknowledge that requests are not an ongoing service agreement between you and ACI Restoration Connect Inc. nor an ongoing service agreement between you and the Contractor.  

You agree and acknowledge that quotes will only be given to customers who have spoken to a representative from ACI Restoration Connect Inc. and Contractors will only service those who provide them with a reference code.  

There are no refunds for products bought. Although there should be no issues with any products from our site, if any issues arise notify ACI Restoration Connect Inc. via email, phone or contact form, stating the problem along with any relevant information so that a solution can be given for the situation.
